Module for email capture and facebook sharing

Hi dear,

 

I'm looking for a module with very similar feature as the one of instyleswimwear.com

 

On the left appear a small window motivating the visitor to give his email, then to share it on facebook for instant saving.

 

The form should be sending user info to autoresponder Aweber.

 

Good looking and easy to use is the key for this module.

 

If anyone know that module could you please send me the link to buy it.

 

 

Otherwise anyone would be interested in program it for me. If yes please send your offer and time to do it.
