Prestashop issue with stock vs. add to cart

Hi there,

 

I am really desperate in getting my site live and really appreciated your assistance with this.  I have a product with attributes added to it.

 

Product:     Bicycle Frame

Attributes:  Red

                  Yellow

                  Green

                  Blue

 

Though I have different stock quantities on the colors, lets say I only have 1x Red (frame) in stock and no stock of yellow, green or blue.  I add the quantity next to Red and save i notice that the "add to cart" feature on the frontend disappears.  I then did a test and changed the quantity (red) to 2 and 3 with no success.  I then changed it to quantity 4 and the add to cart button shows.

 

Settings that I had when doing this:

 

Default: Deny orders as set in Preferences

 

and 

 

Minimum quantity

The minimum quantity to buy this product (set to 1 to disable this feature)

 

The only way that I am able to use the 1x Red in stock without the add to cart button disappearing is by changing the "Out of Stock" option to allow orders

 

When out of stock

•  Allow orders

 

I prefer not to have a back order system for stock because my suppliers always have stock shortages,

and sometimes there’s a discontinue production of a specific product.

 

Please can you assist?

Problem solved, Please ignore message.  Fixed this by fiddling around within system preference of products (/blush)
