Carrier requiring company address to be filled

Hi all,

 

I am completely new to prestashop, however have been running Oscommerce sites for quite some years.

 

I am now developing our new site in Prestashop, however I need to change the last thing.

 

I have created several carriers, where one is for B2B parcels, however I want my private customers not to be able to select this, if they have not entered a company name in the address field.

 

I now want to compare the carrier name and if the field company name is filled when the order-carrier.tpl is listing the different carriers.

 

I am unfortunately not used to this TPL programming, would there be anyone who could guide me on my way ? I would expect this could be done by a simple compare and if routine.

 

Does anyone have knowledge how to put that into this tpl thing ?
