problems during language instalation.

We have problems during language instalation.
After GZIP file instalation (translation is cloned from other shop) an error appears saying that there is no php language file, see root:
Theme files:
/home/plovilao/public_html/pigstick.com/themes/prestashop/lang/hr.php

This file does not exist in this directory (permitions are set at 777 so this eleminates option of wrong rights)

I tryed to pull out file from GZIP directory, rename it to hr.php, set as default language but after that shop is not available in front and also not available(doen not appear) in back office.
