Store name always back to "My-ecommerce"

Hello,

when we change in store-information our store-name from "My e-commerce" to our name "HET SPOOR" , we save it , but after a refresh it goes back to "My e-commerce" .

We tried it severall times ,but ..... nothing.

Can someone tell us what we have to do?

if you've got an access to database, make sure that this field in ps_configuration page isn't duplicated.

i suppose that it is. this is why you see old name all the time

Unable to find any such file in PHPmyAdmin under GoDaddy. Please confirm, how to locate the said file in godaddy or Any alternate means to change the Store Name (instead of Preferences->Store Contacts)

it's not a file

it's a database table
