zkagen
Hi, I have a prestashop running in danish language only. Everything works fine except for the confirmation email of virtuel products. In the mail template, I can see that the link to the download product is called by this: {virtualProducts} When the costumer receives the email, the link is ok, but the text in danish contains strange letters, like this: udløber på I know that this has something to do with the special danish characters æ. ø and å but I simply cannot find where to change this text. I am able to write some other text without any of the danish characters, but the question is, where do I do that? Any help are highly appreciated. Thanks HC

zkagen
I see that your suggestion is aimed towards danish characters in the filename. I avoid danish characters in the filename, sorry I did not put my first question precisely enough :-) However, you did put me in the right direction. It was the the string: "expire" that I needed to translate. I found in in the same file, and simply replaced it with the danish version. Thanks.
