how add image banner (full width) for create a "locked" topmenu header

hi,

 

i want create a "static" topmenubar that is locked also scroll the page down.

 

(similar at facebook top bar, is static, don't move if scroll the page)

 

i know that i can use the css rule "position:fixed;" for lock menu links.

but i need to add background img with full width and shorter height (same as banner) for complete the effect.

 

how can i do?

hi added in Header.tpl file a second logo link with a static bar img, and i edited position with css
