Products Images lost after upgrade

Hi dear,

 

During the updgrade from 1.4.9 to 1.5 I lose all the images for products. Any clue what went wrong? I allready rebuild the images thumbs from preferences.

 

what is the procedure and/or folder to copy from prestashop 1.4 to 1.5 in order to get again all the products pictures.

Hello,

 

I have the same issue. I obtain a server error message and reading on the forums, all is around the php.ini configuration related to the parameters:

 

memory_limit = xxx M

max_execution_time = xxxx;

suhosin.get.max_vars = xxxx;

suhosin.post.max_vars = xxxx;

 

in my case the hosting provider had to change the environment from one server to other server with a version above PHP 5.3.1, so now I'm trying to have these parameters with more appropriate values.
