Guest Posted February 13, 2014 Share Posted February 13, 2014 Hey everyone, Was wondering if you could give me some input/help, I would really appreciate it. We have been using Paypal 3.5.1 on Prestashop 1.5.4.1, had no problems so far. However one customer tried to checkout this morning twice and had payment errors. She said the following: I keep trying to pay with my PayPal and it says address form Empty. Time stamp error? Then she followed up with: The first time I used the paypal checkout button as soon as it gave me the option. Everything went ok it even took me to my paypal sign in and asked me to confirm my order. Then it said a bunch of code... Like HTML code when it went back to your store page and said time stamp timed out and a bunch of other lines that I didn't understand. Except the last one said payment error. There's funds in my paypal account so I'm not sure why it would say that. I just bought some things on etsy this morning and it was fine. The second time I went to reg check out and chose paypal again. And it did the same thing. I never logged in or registered. I'm using a Mac and the browser is safari. Hope that helps! When I look at her address on Prestashop, she doesnt have a Province (she ordered from Canada in this case).. Any ideas on this one? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
