Getting Rid of Manufact bar saying " 1 product"

Why does it say " 1 product?" I have many products in this manufacture category? 

 

I have attached a picture is there a way to fix this without editing the theme code??

maybe it's related to the theme? can you show contents of manufacturer-list.tpl file please?

Here it is, Is there a way to get ride of the manufatures thing all together? or maybe just the word manufacture that is the heading for the bar?

everything looks perfect in this file

so the problem is probably with ManufacturerController

you've got an override of this file or your shop uses original one?

Not sure, you see I am fixing what someone else screwed up... any suggestions?
