Follow up module, options gone ?

Hi,

I have just updated the follow up module to 1.1 and the option/checkboxes have vanished.

 

Is this a bug or have the been taken out for a reason ?

Also, if I set a daily cron job will it send to the same customers that have an email/code from the previous day, or are they marked for exclusion ?
