devilsown
I don't have time to install a beta just to look. Bits its my pet pieve that when a customer calls in to order parts. I go to the order page and they don't know who's name the account is under. They say they work for say "HP compputers" and there are thousands of people there. Many who don't know each other. So i have to keep a list of customer and companys so i can look it up real quick. Can you search by company name?

selectshop.at
Sorry, deleted my first answer, because you are meaning search on back-office. Why you don't include in the metas the name of the manufacturer ? Than you can use the search. You can also search bei EAN or UPC if you have them. devilsown
I am talking about create order page. or even customer page also . Say i call your phone and tell you i want to make an order. you should get excited at this point. I then tell you i work for X company. This is where it go crap" this is going to be a pain". You ask who the account is under. Being a big company i not sure. i just know we buy stuff from you and not sure if the account is under the owner the purchasing manager. Bob the accounting guy etc. You can't do it without the name of the customer. or email address. There are a few places where if i could search by company name it would make things easer.
