ph34k Posted February 13, 2014 Share Posted February 13, 2014 Zdravim. Mate niekto napojeny eshop na CRM. Ak ano, na aky tym a akym sposobom, pripadne dovod co vas k tomu viedlo. Uvazujeme totiz na napojenim nasich eshopov na vTiger crm a tahat z presty do crm udaje ako objednavky, stavy objednavok, kontakty a emailovu komunikaciu. Stavajuci crm mame prepojeny s VOIP Asterix. Chceme dosiahnut toho, ked bude zakaznik volat (99% vola z cisla uvedeneho pri registracii), aby crm hned naslo dotycneho zakaznika, jeho objednavky, stav, pripadne mailovu komunikaciu, aby to mal clovek hned pred sebou a nemusel zdlhavo a komplikovane hladat. Takto nam to funguje pri klientoch vedenych priamo v crm vTiger, otazne je ci pojde presta prepojit...?
