eddy2014
I choose Prestashop over Magento but I'm now in a state of maybe having made the wrong decission. Even on the Theme I have bought I get a Frence response and than nothing. The forum also doesn't give any answer on my questions. I know that Prestashop wants you to purchase their high $$$ service package but should I, just for simple questions? Should I give up now? Cheers, a frustrated Prestashopper! El Patron
a little more searching using google would have easily solved your zip code question. I added comment to one or your zip code posts. If you are not getting help on a post, review your post and add as much detail as possible as this is the single biggest reason why the community can not respond properly to topics. eddy2014
Thanks, maybe I'm a bit harsh but Prestashop sells their solution like if anyone can easily do it even without the knowledge of HTML or CSS. Well I'm more from the days that HTML was the language to be used but CSS is not my thing and I wish I had the knowledge. Despite being impressed with the setup of using modules I believe without the proper support, the success of getting something done properly is impossible. I know that the moderators on this forum do their best and help where possible but if the question of a newbie isn't clear please let him/her know so that it can be rephrased. The success of Prestashop is very relying on the success of this forum which they support. More questions will follow for sure! Thx in advance. El Patron
I understand, but running a website regardless of the underlying cms, results in learning many different disciplines.
