PS upgrade from 1.4.9 to PS 1.5.4

Hi I upgraded my PS from PS 1.4.9 to 1.5.4 on a test server has ugraded fine but showing price zero for sme product on product listing and product details page.

Also in super accessory tab not displaying product images and prices for few items on product details page,

Also on product details page I am using amss combination editor for few pages but it is not showing combinations on front end as well.
