Sales Tax Doesn't Show Anywhere

Why isn't there an itemized out sales tax line anywhere?  The only place I see it is in the pdf invoice.  I see a line for it in the shopping cart but when I calculate the cart it doesn't show a value for the tax.  Its not even in the back office order logs.  The TOTAL is correct with sales tax but it isn't itemized out.

 

HEY, PRESTASHOP we all have to pay taxes.  It would be nice to have this itemized out and have a report generated of how much we've collected for tax.

 

And you don't even store the sales tax in the database?  Why?  So now everywhere I want to display it I have to calculate it by subtracting what was paid for the items and shipping from the total.  That is not efficient at all.
