Other international postage (see descrtiption)

I have some items that I cant set the same price for international shipping. I want to update this items with shipping instruction in the listing. I get an error when i try to set this international shipping. Anyone know what im doing wrong?

 

 

for example.

In the template of the auction listing I wrote 'PLEASE ASK FOR THE SHIPPING COST OUTSIDE UK'. What i want?

When ebay user check the international shipping in the listing on ebay I want ebay to display "Other international shipping (see description)"

 

 

I attached screens with cofiguration and the error I get when i try to sync product.
