Convert store normal with two languages to multistore with two stores and one language each one

I have a shop with languages "es" and "en" ... I want create a multistore , one spanish and other for english (different domains).

 

I want a store  english only english language and in the store of spanish only spanish. Because I don´t can separate on option Location --> Language

 

Also I have other questions ... but this one  first ;-)
