How to add pagination to the Product Features (Backoffice)

How to add pagination to the Product Features on the backoffice?
 

I have more than 200 features (and growing) and a lot of feature values,

this is making the Features page loading very slow (+30 sec to load)

the only solution is making pagination on the Product Features page

to limit the number of the features per page (100/page)

 

The question is How to add pagination to the Product Features?
