the4lab2 Posted February 8, 2014 Share Posted February 8, 2014 I've successfully installed the UPS module and got all of my account information setup. It is working and the pricing adjusts appropriately depending on the zip code the customer lives in... My question is: If a customer on our website adds many different products into their cart, the UPS pricing does not adjust according to the weight of the products. I have added product weights accordingly but the UPS shipping pricing still does not adjust correctly. Is this a problem server-side or on the UPS side? Thank you for any help.
