Store URL had suddenly missing and product prescription image URL is missing

I cannot understand what happened to my store yet

 

Suddendly, 

 

Shop url doens't work

 

For exmaple

 

shopname.com worked but suddendly shopname.com/subfolder  doesn't work

 

when I click, www.shopname.com/subfolder name became to www./subfolder name

 

and server company fixed .htaccess or something.. and www.shopname.com/subfolder is okay

 

 

But problem is

 

In description page, from image url, shopname.com is missing

 

For example

 

it becames to 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If I typed and add shopname.com

 

it works. But I cannot add missing url manually because I have too many items

 

 

what's wrong with my store

 

someone said it is because of high load

 

Or someone said database became too large

(Actually database became double after I installed test creater module from

I'm not sure it is related with this module or not. 

DB file size became double and suddenly URL is missing

 

am I hacked ? How can I solve this problem?

Please help. I can hire and pay if there is someone who can help me

Hi, 

 

   I don't think this is hacked. I suggest that you first contact Presto-Changeo support for the information about your database size after the module installation.

  

  Also, your post I think is missing some content, possibly some images. Make sure to attach the picture and insert the picture into post if you want it shown.

 

 I think this problem is more related to your hosting set-up and shop_url database tables than anything else. What do you have in ps_shop_url table?

 

  If it is related to something being broken, you can always revert to a previously made back-up.
