Change invoice number in PS 1.5.6

Hello,

 

in PS 1.5.6 I've deleted some testorders and now I want to set the invoice number back to 0001.

I've changed this in the BO but this has no effect on a new invoice number.

 

I have 2 questions:

- How can I change the invoice number for new invoices (preferably each new year)?  

- Can I only increase the invoice number (higher than the number of the testorders) or can I also decrease the number (back to 0001)?

 

I've seen on this forum similar questions but I didn't found an accurate solution for PS 1.5.6.

I have the same problem.

Changing the invoice number in the BO does not have an effect.

Any suggestion?

You cannot decrease or reset the invoice number. Use something always increasing like 20140001, 20150001.
