Email an "Item Has Shipped" notice to customer when entering the tracking number

Hi all.

 

I do drop shipping. Customer orders from me and I place the order with the drop shipper.  Right now the drop shipper emails ME when the order is shipped and I manually email the customer the tracking number. 

 

I almost can't believe that Prestashop, which pretty much does everything, can't email the customer that his item has shipped.  If it really doesn't, does anyone know of a mod that would do this whenever the tracking number is entered for an order?  I didn't see one doing a search.
