Resize images when I use import CSV and Watermark in some images

I want to customize some feature in my shop with the images. Most products have 2 types of images (full cover and front) and most of the images of each type have almost the same width and length.

 

 

I want to put a real example with every image:

 

 

First type of Image (full cover)

width: 2160px

heigth: 1449px

 

 

Second type of Image (front)

I have an image with

width: 287px

heigth: 407px

 

 

But when prestashop resize it, the image has some white border how can i delete it?? I need that resize without the white border.

 

Also i really like to customize the resize with my own measure.Is it can possible??

 

Finally i'd really like to put a watermark in First type of Image (full cover) only. Is it can possible??
