(Please Help) Cannot access Back Office Prestashop

Please help, I've been using prestashop since the last 3 month.

Before i cannot update any product description from my Back office.
So i try to clear cache.

Suddenly last night, after i've changed the cache system on my preferences. I cannot enter my Back office again.

error like this:

Link to database cannot be established: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock' (2)

 

Please give me suggest how to fix this matter.

What did you set the caching system to? It might be necessary to login to phpmyadmin and revert the setting back to what it was

that's right, front office is OK

Browser cache already refreshed several times

Somehow today, i able to acces my presta back office again.
But there is problem.
seems that html editor on my presta is error, all description in product and cms are look like html code only.

can you check browser console logs for some errors (also 404 errors) ?

I've checked using firebug, there are several result.

But there are no error mark. all ok

Is there any possibility if i replace all the tinymce folder?

you can always try to replace files,

but the wierdest thing is fact, that it doesnt work and you don't see any errors in firebug.

in cases like this, error should appear there

all right then, i will try to replace my tinymce folder with the back up one.
