Help to payment / order

Hello prestashop

 

I am now testing the very last of my online store, and when I was testing my payment service (E-wire), then after the payment was succesfull, it looked like this (see screenshot).

 

It says "you havent placed any orders". Why does this happen ? (is it because I don't have the store activated yet) ? Do any one of you have a sollution ?

The order has not been recorded in back office, so it must be the module that doesn't work, right ?

But it is very strange, because the order is being accepted and i get a SMS with a code, and then it looks like the order is being accepted... 

Do you have any experience with E-wire payment ?

I found the module on the webpage of the company, which offer this payment:
