shopping cart issue / delivery methods - urgent help needed

I am having issues with my shopping cart in the delivery methods area. I have UPS ground entered as free freight. However it does not show up in the delivery method area and and error at the bottom of the page says (Error: None of your chosen carriers deliver to the address you've selected.)

 

But the address is a valid address. Has anyone else ran into this problem and do I solve it?

 

I have the one page check out selected and enabled. I have the same issue if i switch to the 5 step check out.

 

I have attached a picture so you can see the problem.

 

Any help or solves on this issue is greatly appreciated
