Failure to create invoice with 2 or more pages!

Hi 

 

I am using Prestashop 1.5.5.0 and have an issue when costumers are making big orders (in terms of products) which needs an pdf generated invoice with 2 or more pages.

 

I get the message when I try to open the invoice:

 

"There was an error opening this document. Acrobat cannot open this file because a task is still active in Acrobat. Please return to Acrobat and end the task before opening this file."

 

I have attached the invoice generated so you can see that it does not include all products and neither the total sum up.

 

I hope someone can help me - How can we/I fix this problem?

Hi,

 

Sorry but this in french forum. You should post on english forum.

 

I can read you PDF without probleme. Try another reader like Foxit Reder.
