Dh42
It is impossible to see what the issue is until your account gets unsuspended. Can you get your host to open it back up?

El Patron
that is better than before... please ask your hosting if mod_deflate is enabled in your hosting environment. also review these settings, this is optimal http://screencast.com/t/WKwimsy8n
adamthomson123
i tried to contact them many times , and every time they said this is because of your scripts and codes, nothing wrong at our end, all the time they keep saying that the error is in my script and codes, but i cannot write a script and have not enough knowledge about coding, i am only using prestashop modules and themes, so how this issue can be solved then? I'm sure they are correct but the burning questions is: please ask your hosting if mod_deflate is enabled in your hosting environment.
adamthomson123
hi, i just asked from my hosting provider and they said : Kindly note that "Mod_Deflate" is not installed on shared hosting server.
El Patron
hi, i just asked from my hosting provider and they said : Kindly note that "Mod_Deflate" is not installed on shared hosting server. I suggest...running (don't walk) and find new hosting or upgrade this. This hosting is very strange, usually on shared it's mod_deflate but not mod_expires. Without mod_deflate...you will 'never' have a chance...
