Access denied Adminmeta(seo&urls) after php 5.4 upgrade?

Recommended Posts

Hi,

Please help someone?

I have updated my presta 1.5.6.1 from php 5.3 to php 5.4 server and then some permissions in my modules/tabs are changed to access denied??

Ex. Adminmeta (seo & urls) multistore and maybe more is set to access denied.....

login is superuser

How do i fix this to get access Again?

if you have not touched yoru 1.5.6.1 then take a look here to see if prestashop is detecting an incompatibility with your new php environment.

If you are able to add 'another' employee with superamin, do that, log onto that account and see if you have the same problem.

Hi,

i have checked invironment/configuration and all files are okay, and also tried to add new superadmin user and the same problem no access to seo&urls

hi, can you try adding a administrator (not superadmin) and see if it allows that login to access seo & urls

we have seen this issue on upgrades of ps, not so much when upgrading php

Hi,

I've tried this also and still no access to adminmeta/seo&urls !!!!!

Hi,

as you stated nothing changed in your ps just php upgrade.  This of course would mean a 'new' php.ini.

I would look through the info_configuration looking for any odd settings.  Why it would affect permissions, which is defined in the mysql db I can not even hazard a guess.

There are similar threads like this that tell you which db tables and fields to look at, please search using google for this.

Note: some ps community are running php 5.5.1 without issue.

here is a free module you so you can review php config: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/278164-free-module-display-php-environment-phpinfo-back-office/
