How to add margin in invoice pdf?

When I want to print a generated invoice there is almost no margin at the top and bottom. Most printers won't print outside the margin and that means the upper part en lower part of the invoice will not be printed.

 

How can I change that?

Before I started this topic I searched on the internet but couldn't find related topics. I guess that I used the wrong search terms because I saw this topic later: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/213664-guide-modifying-prestashop-15-invoice-template/

 

I managed to add margin to the footer and now have a simple, clean layout now as you can see in the attachment. I edited the margins in /classes/pdf/pdfgenerator.php
