benjamin utterback
Do you know what your permission set is? Try 755 for Folders and Directories and 644 for files. If that doesn't work then you can try less strict restrictions like 755 for all folders and files, but make sure to change it after you install. benjamin utterback
You are installing v1.5.6.2 ? Who is hosting the server? Another option would be to re transfer the package via FTP and install again. Have you tried downloading PrestaShop again, reextracting and re transferring the ftp files?
eleazar
It's not really a prob of writing permissions already set but seems to be a bug in the install routine. Maybe it is helpful to follow this solution here: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/index.php?app=core&module=global§ion=reputation&do=add_rating&app_rate=forums&type=pid&type_id=1394879&rating=1&secure_key=5b413d92125dabdd6327ee19883ac145&post_return=1394879

AuricConsulting
Hi all, The link posted by eleazar doesn't work. Can someone provide the solution suggested? I am trying to install PrestaShop on Windows Azure using a ClearDB MySQL database. Graham
