Sandstrem
I have worked with configuring my shop for some time.I do not know when. But sometime in the recent past, there have been a problem. Now I can't get out of maintenance mode. The only way to enter the store is to use: "Maintenance IP"Whatever I set "Enable Shop" to, it makes no difference.I have searched the forum and on Google. But I can not find a solution. Are there any of you who have a solution to my problem?

I'm using version 1.5.6.2 about the cache, I'm not sure. Have not found anything myself, for example in cpanel, that handles cache. Will return.. Sandstrem
If I understand it correctly, I can add an emptying of the cache, in cron jobs. Is this a good idea? and if so, how often? (note, I do not know if this is the solution to my problem) Edited February 3, 2014 by Sandstrem (see edit history)

Sandstrem
Ok, What I have tried so far:*Empty the cache in the back office*I also emptied the files in ftp, ..cache/smartyThere should not be any "hosting cache" that will affect.I can also see that "merchant expertise" page no longer work correctly in backoffice, I can also say that I updated from 1.5.4.1 -- 1.5.5.0 -- 1.5.6.2 (I do not think the error occurred during an update)
Sandstrem
I use the module "smartmaintenance" link I tried to disable the module. And then it seems to work.It could be an update, and this module does not work with it.but I'm not sure yet..
Sandstrem
As it looks now, it was the module Launch Maintenance Mode that messed with the page. I bought a newer version. It seems to work.
