Shipping Setup Urgent Help Needed

my site is going to be for our wholesale customers and I do not need to have shipping added or shipping costs estimated as we bill them through a seperate system.  Is there a way to disable this function but yet still allows them to pick UPS Ground, UPS Red, ect.

 

I have just about given up on this shipping issue as I have spent 4 days on it with no success. If this cannot be done what is the absolute easiest way to add UPS shipping.  The other issues I am having in the check out screen the Delivery Method is blank and I cannot proceed until something shows up to select or I can bypass this function.

 

Any help or assistance is very much appreciated

can`T you just set free shipping ? then edit the cart file to not show free and just be blank?

I have tried the free shipping and it still give me this error and shows nothing. Unless I have missed something somewhere.

try enabling shipping again

go to localization

create a zone any name and enable it

go to countriy

select your country and add it to zone.

then retry
