[SOLVED] I can't set up the module Abandoned Cart Reminder and no support!

Hi,

 

Prestashop: 1.5.6.1

Theme: Alysum 2.8

Server: 1&1 Business UK

 

I post here because I don't get any support from the developer. 

 

I am having problems to set up the Module Abandoned Cart Reminder.
The main problem is set up a cron job in cronotab in 1and1.co.uk
 
The cron job is:
*/15 * * * * php -f /homepages/32/d508638873/htdocs/mitocadorcoreanocom/modules/cartabandonment/send.php exxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
 
I have the cron job for 2 days but doesn't work
1) I don't know if I need to substitute php for /usr/bin/php (step 6)
2) I don't know if I need to add /kunden/ before /homepages....... (step 7)
3) For what is the file send_first.php?
 
I've tried all possible combinations without success. I added a php line in send.php so when it is executed I will receive an email, but only works if I do manually http://mitocadorcoreano.com/modules/cartabandonment/send.php?tnd=exxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
 
I bought the module the 30th Jan and I sent you my first Message on 31th Jan. I sent 3 messages so far, and I didn't get any answer yet.

Another thing. In Edit templates - When Display content of cart is -> YES. Where can I translate "Current contents of your cart" to another language?

I apologize Miguel. Christopher has started to work on your request, and then he realized the module needed a complete makeover. He is currently re-doing the whole module and as soon as it is done, we will send this module to you.

 

Are you able to wait for a week or two for us to provide you with a this brand new module?

Hi Xavier,

 

My client doesn't want to wait 1 or 2 weeks more. He doesn't understand that we bought a module developed by prestashop and it doesn't work for us.

I've talked to Andrea Ohayon and followed her instructions for ask for a refund.
