Customers copy has their phone # and email address. The email the merchant receives for the same order does not have the phone # and customer email address. Any help would be appreciated. The email customer receives has his email address and phone # The email notification we the merchant receive for the same order does not have customer email address or phone #. I have looked at /modules/mailalerts/mailalerts.php and new_order.html files and it looks like the customer addresses would be the same in both emails.
