SSL Error

I  am having few difficulties when using the SSL for my website.

The SSL have been bought and installed on the webpage, confirmed with the provider.

But, the page won't allow customers to log-in to their account, also for check-out.

Shows:

404 Not Found

The server can not find the requested page:

/my-account (port 443)

I have put the shop domain and ssl domain on the same URL, turn on the Friendly URL.

I assume there are some problem with the http and https problem.

Can somebody point out the problem?

Have you bought a ssl certificate and installed it? Contact your host, the reason you are getting that error is because ssl is not enabled on the server.

it looks like ssl isnt installed properly, or it isn't installed at all on your domain.

i inspected your website, with nmap portscan on your domain too.

As i noticed the port 443 is open, so connection exists. But your certificate that you've got on this port is "self generated". It mean that it isn't "trusted" by all browsers. This is why chrome ask to accept it first.

 

 

if fact, your website certificate isn't your. it's a self generated ssl cert by your hoster and it redirects to your host "default" website: https://www.salesking.com.au/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi

 

what does it mean? 

Certificate that you bought isn't installed. Or it is, but your hoster forget to "restart" webservice, in some cases - it's necessary.

Thanks guys. Turn out the SSL have expired since last year. The website already run smoothly again!
