Prestashop paypal payment error 10736 need to be fixed

Hello. 

My store is PrestaShop™ 1.4.8.2

 

And  PayPal v3.4.8

 

I have many paypal payment error

 

 

PayPal response:

TIMESTAMP -> 2014-02-01T05:42:48Z
L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10736
L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Shipping Address Invalid City State Postal Code
L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> A match of the Shipping Address City, State, and Postal Code failed.
L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error

 

PayPal response:

TIMESTAMP -> 2014-02-01T00:12:27Z
L_ERRORCODE0 -> 10486
L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> This transaction couldn't be completed.
L_LONGMESSAGE0 -> This transaction couldn't be completed. Please redirect your customer to PayPal.
L_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error

 

 

And  a few more but those are are major two payment errors.

 

I tried to update to latest paypal moduel but it doesn't work. 

 

Upgrade to 1.5 would be good but it is quite big issue

 

So i want to someone who help me to fix paypal error in short time

 

Please contact me and suggest hour and hourly payment

 

I think it is related with one page check out  or something.
