prestashop 1.5 order email notification not working in siteground hosting

prestashop 1.5 order email notification not working in siteground hosting. I created the same project in nominalia in that the order email notification is working. I am using SSL in siteground hosting.

 

Anyone please help to configure the order email notification for the admin.

Most probably there is an error in the mail configuration. I would suggest you to post a ticket to siteground tech support via your user area so that they can look into this issue.

what mail method you use? simple mail() function or SMTP ? problem is related only to the email with order confirmation (both for customer, and shop owner?)

I am using simple mail() function and the problem is only related with the order email notification to the owner(admin)

can you for test purposes use different email address?

does it work then? (you can define email address on mailalerts module configuration page)

I like to inform you that the same project test in nominalia hosting, the order email notification to admin is working.But when I test the same project in siteground hosting the order email notification to admin is not working. Is it this problem has any relation with hosting ?
