Rich Girl
The format is correct the options are still not there here is the link so you can see what I'm seeing http://www.houseofshevonne.com/index.php?controller=address It also says this There is 1 error The Zip/Postal code you've entered is invalid. It must follow this format: 00000« Back
Littlepants
I'm having problems here as well. Some countries don't use postal codes, and I tried using the radio button for 'Need Postal code" to not required for Ireland, ( which doesn't use them). The postal code box disappears, but when customers try to complete registration they get told that a postal code is a retired field and to fill it. But they can't fill it if it isn't there! This must be a bug. The only way to allow customers to register in countries where there is no postal code, is to leave the 'Need postal code' box checked, and ask customers to fill in 00000, which seems to work, provided the customer knows or contacts the shop owner to report the problem. It ps most people off though, so custom is lost. This needs fixing URGENTLY
