No zip code option

I'm doing a test order and there is no option to enter in a zip code

im asking because sometimes theme developers don't include all necessary fields

Yes I'm using the default theme

go to localization > countries

click on edit button near active countries

you can define address format there, you can add zip code and city field there too.

The format is correct the options are still not there here is the link so you can see what I'm seeing

1. The Zip/Postal code you've entered is invalid. It must follow this format: 00000

I'm having problems here as well. Some countries don't use postal codes, and I tried using the radio button for 'Need Postal code" to not required for Ireland, ( which doesn't use them). The postal code box disappears, but when customers try to complete registration they get told that a postal code is a retired field and to fill it. But they can't fill it if it isn't there! This must be a bug. The only way to allow customers to register in countries where there is no postal code, is to leave the 'Need postal code' box checked, and ask customers to fill in 00000, which seems to work, provided the customer knows or contacts the shop owner to report the problem. It ps most people off though, so custom is lost. This needs fixing URGENTLY

You must delete "NNNNN" from "Zip/postal code format" field.
