Customizing home featured products and listing quantity price

Im looking for someone who can do the following work for me on my shop at http://tiny.cc/plearn:

 

1. Change my home featured module (i have two of them but just need one) to display featured products like a wall instead of slider to the right. So the amount of products set in module home featured is displayed at the same time. For example if set to 16 there should be 4 rows with 4 columns and totally 16 products shown at the same time. If 5 products is set one row should contain 4 products and next row 1 product. Hope you get the idea =)

 

2. Help me apply this script: http://nemops.com/lowest-price-prestashop-product-list/#.Uuobx3ewbDE

Ive tried and got it to work on some single product but I think there may be some small change needed for Prestashop 1.5.6.2 wich I run. It should be enabled in product listing and on home featured.

 

I need someone who can do this and give me a receipt or invoice for the job for my accountings.

Interesting is of course your price and how long time you need to fix it.
