EUnet Posted January 29, 2014 Share Posted January 29, 2014 (edited) Orders can not be finalized correctly in my store, once the payment method is chosen (Cash on delivery) in Step 5 and the button is clicked to finalize the order a blank page appears. It leads to (mywebsite).com/module/cashondelivery/validation and there is no page there. At that moment, buyers are confused, think the website is not working well and their order is not received. The order is processed though, it arrives in the administrator area and the buyer gets email notification about the order. I have searched on Internet and found there are other PrestaShop users with the same problem, I have not found a solution. How to sold this? All other payment methods like bank wire work well. Everything worked fine up to some moment when the blank page started to appear. In one forum post I read a user said the problems started once he upgraded the module to 0.4 version (Cash on delivery 0.4). It made me wonder if that is what caused problems with my store, in second part of January there were notifications to update several modules, it may be that I updated Cash on delivery to version 0.4 which is not working right, I am not sure.
