vichope
I'm brand new to PrestaShop - and I am having a problem uploading my initial files to the hosting service and then going thru' the installation process. I think that I have uploaded correctly (using FileZilla), I then go to my site home page via Internet explorer - which starts the installation process - BUT, I can't get very far as I keep getting the message: "All files are not successfuly uploaded on your server". I don't know which files were not successful (everything looked OK on FileZilla - and I have tried re-uploading - but with the same result. Any ideas what I should try next? benjamin utterback
You should check the permission set on your FTP, default they should be 755 for Folders and Directories and 644 for Files. Have you tried using different browsers? Also, during the FTP transfer, Filezilla tells on the bottom if there are any "Failed Transfers" if you have failed transfers then the installation won't work. andrea22k
I'm intrested in this post too. I'm trying beta version of 1.6. With 1.6.0.2 version all goes fine. With 1.6.0.3 I get this alert. What's wrong?

I would suggest that you delete the files you uploaded and try to upload the PrestaShop package again.
