olinuri
Hello, I have a running shop (www.yachting-evolution.com). I have installed a new theme and set up the new shop in a different shop group, with a parked domain and selected the correct theme. So far so good. When I type the url (www.outdoor-total.com), all I get is the shop logo and Copyright / Browse mobile site. The actual theme does not load up. I am using version 1.5.2 which is compatible with the new theme. I enclose a screen capture of the shop config. The physical folder in on root/outdoor-total folder. you can have a look at the site, it is live. Many thanks for any help, it is appreciated. Teapot Creative
Hi Have you assigned a theme to the new store? Nick NB.Assign to shop, not shop group. Edited January 27, 2014 by Teapot Creative (see edit history)
Teapot Creative
Hi Actually looking at your site... (which as a tip... if you are developing, best practice is to set the store in maintenance mode) I think the theme has either not installed correctly, or you need to look at the module hooks and orders. benjamin utterback
Were their any instructions within the Template download? Usually, when you download a theme there is documentation stating how to properly set up the hooks and positions of modules in order for it to be displayed correctly. Also, Teapot Creative is correct, you should make your store as a new "Shop" not a new shop group.
Rhapsody
Turn on error reporting in defines.inc.php (set development mode to true) per the link in Benjamin's signature line and see if there are any errors reported.
benjamin utterback
You should always turn on Error reporting before submitting a question or issue thread on the Forum. It's necessary to get a better idea of what the error is, the source of it, and possible solutions. Here is the link that Rhapsody mentioned, [HOW TO] Turn on Error Reporting for Debug Information - 500 Error or Blank Page - Configuring & using PrestaShop - PrestaShop Forums
