Problem with cache (need Urgently advise)

Hello , 

 

what can i do about theme cache ? 

if customer logged in to shop day yesterday , and i put shop in maintenance mode , that customer still can login into my shop !!!!!!! 

after clean all file except of index.php from /themes/Mytheme/cache/ , everything become ok .

 

Please advise me what shall i do , this issue  made lots of problem for me

what ps version? i tried to reproduce this issue but everything work as it should.

 

Im Using 1.5.6.1 , how can disable theme cache ? i think only way to disable theme cache , until presta team care about it . it really big problem for online shop

it can be related also to your hosting cache system,

i tried several ways to reproduce this issue with default prestashop cache system, and i cant

so i suppose that this can be related to host cache, im guessing, but it's worth to check it

have you contacted the developer of the theme?  I am assuming you are not using the default theme.

 

templatemonster is big cheater , just trying to sell , no even bit support . they show u something and will sell you something easels . i really dont know how i have to tell them problem that they can understand issue

i didnt get your point about hosting cache , i run my shop on my own server and i can to do almost everything .

i dont have limite about RAM , cpu Usage and etc . 

any way to resolved this problem please tell me

Well I can't take your word for this.  I know many that have bought very nice themes that worked well (myself included).

 

When one looks a free or paid solution, it is up to them to review that it has a robust  and  open fourm.  This  allows you to review that if you have a question there is support. 

 

Also please note, that the problem has yet  to be identified so pointing fingers creates bad karma. :)

as you hosting company if they are running a cache in your hosting environment like varnish...you may need to have someone 'volunteer'  to review your shop or post in paid services, there are some good trouble shooters there at reasonable rates.

i didnt run any cache on my server atm , but i think there should be some other problem about cache . when i have many online customer i have to manually delete everything in /theme/cache every 10 min (thats my life all evening till night) .

still looking for reasons and solved this issue

I would think this is much like turn off cache for say featured products, i.e. when specific prices are applied then featured products does not reflect the new specific price.  I have had this issue and helped a few here with that issue.  This sounds to me anyway like the same sort of issue but without native code we can look at.

it is other problem come up , i can not login to FO , only when i clear browser cache , after that i can loging , almost all my customer have same issue , it is not possible to tell to each customer please before login to shop clear your browser cache . do you have idea what is the problem ?
