mfj31dk
After an unsuccessful installation of a new theme I have gone back to the previous one. Now I can not regenerate the pictures due to the server of my provider has timed out after 30 sec and he can not raise it. It is primarily the pictures on the front page as it is wrong with. What can I do to get renegeret my pictures so they started to appear? page is: http://www.teknobiler.dk so you can see for yourself what happened. Sincerely, Mfj31dk vers.1.5.6.

El Patron
you should consider reviewing your php settings, here is a free module that will help with that... http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/278164-free-module-display-php-environment-phpinfo-back-office/ I also suggest getting the underlying 500 error, turn errors on. http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/224525-how-to-turn-on-error-reporting-for-debug-information/
benjamin utterback
That is a great free module. It will tell you important php settings that can really effect your store. Once you get that information, most hosting providers will allow you to change some of the settings. Read this blog post too for tips on how to optimize your php.ini for your ecommerce store. http://www.prestashop.com/blog/en/php-ini-file/

mfj31dk
Hi again I have moved the page to another provider who has timout in 6 minutes. I installed a new database and installed a new PrestaShop. From the previous provider, I have taken a full database backup directly from MySQL and DB Bacup from back office and I have downloaded all the files with FTP. So status is a clean PrestaShop I'm a little unsure about what order I now have to follow: import MySql database? import DB Backup? Copy all the files? I hope that you will guide me so I do not need to go and reinstall it all over again Thanks in advance mfj31dk
