I can not regenerate the pictures

Recommended Posts

After an unsuccessful installation of a new theme I have gone back to the previous one.

Now I can not regenerate the pictures due to the server of my provider has timed out after 30 sec and he can not raise it.

It is primarily the pictures on the front page as it is wrong with.

What can I do to get renegeret my pictures so they started to appear?

page is: http://www.teknobiler.dk so you can see for yourself what happened.

Sincerely,

I have approx. 400 products in this shop.
I have tried with an image type but get 114 of this type of error: Original image is missing or empty (/ mounted-storage/home150/sub045/sc80431-OXSB/teknobiler.dk/img/p/1/6/1/161 . jpg) for product ID 42

you should consider reviewing your php settings, here is a free module that will help with that...

I also suggest getting the underlying 500 error, turn errors on.

That is a great free module. It will tell you important php settings that can really effect your store.

Once you get that information, most hosting providers will allow you to change some of the settings. Read this blog post too for tips on how to optimize your php.ini for your ecommerce store.

Thanks to everyone who has come with good and well-meaning advice. I have chosen to take the tow to add any item pictures again and hope that it is the last time that it is needed. I do not currently generate image

files ...

Thanks - Mogens from Denmark

It's most likely a hosting/server php restriction or limit. Keep us informed and we'll be here to help.

Hi again

I have moved the page to another provider who has timout in 6 minutes.
I installed a new database and installed a new PrestaShop.
From the previous provider, I have taken a full database backup directly from MySQL and DB Bacup from back office and I have downloaded all the files with FTP.
So status is a clean PrestaShop

I'm a little unsure about what order I now have to follow:
import MySql database?
import DB Backup?
Copy all the files?

I hope that you will guide me so I do not need to go and reinstall it all over again
Thanks in advance
