We have a website on: www.gaysandgadgets.com When you see the search balk and you type there: Rainbow silicone bracelet You will see NO RESULTS. But on the right you see BEST SELLERS and the first one is: Rainbow silicone bracelet. How is it possible that i can't find it in my search function? Can you please help me? Best sellers: 1) NOT WORKING 2) NOT WORKING 3) WORKING 4) NOT WORKING 5) WORKING It is really strange that some products can be found and other can not be found. I hope that someone can help me. Paulito
Good morning I have tried "Best Sellers" and all work: I have searched for "Rainbow Silicone Bracelet" and it was found But, I would unhook the categories block from the footer as it seems too big. I am using Chrome Browser from the UK PS: It would be polite to advise forum members it is an Adult Site. Hope this helps Paul

stottycabanas
Hi Hans, sometimes Prestashop is not very logical! Try commenting out all the code in /themes/yourtheme/modules/blockcategories/blockcategories_footer.tpl and /modules/blockcategories/blockcategories_footer.tpl Cheers, Dave

stottycabanas
If you go to Preferences->Search in back office and look at the Indexation section, are all your products indexed?
Paulito
Good morning Just tried your search again (Rainbow Silicone Bracelet) using Android, I found it by typing "bra" but could not find it by typing "rai" or "sil" Prestashop only shows the 1st ten results so I wonder whether you have more "rainbow/silicone" words than "bracelet" ones Paul
