My website is down. I get the following message: 

 

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I did the first part, I turned it on. but I dont understand the part Now reproduce the error. You should then see more meaningful information.

reproduce: recreate the issue causing the 500 error.  You would see the error in your browser screen when the error happens.

I changed the logo in Manufacturers in my admin. 

 

And I also changed the logo in suppliers and I press F5 and the webpage was down.

I loaded my free module display phpinfo(),

 

I do not think that php value error_log    has correct patch to error log that you can see from hosting account.  Ask you hosting provider to check, the value now is 'error_log'.  Typically this would look something like '/var/log/phperror.log'.

 

The hosting must explain why the error log is empty in your hosting account and why with PrestaShop setting errors on (correctly) why it is not displaying or logging errors.

 

Also the php value for display_errors would be off normally and then turned on using PrestaShop.  Your php shows On (set by ps) and On (master value in php.ini)

The first and initial post is saying that the module fast-cgi has an error.  Seems that fast-cgi had an internal error and cannot process any other request from now on. Such problem is very common on instable shared servers. Your provider should restart the server. By a new server start all server modules are reseted and will work again. Perhaps you can start cgi module by your own on your cPanel. Some users on a VPS have the rights for to do so. If not, so please ask your provider.

what needs to happen is that when you take a 500 internal server error that the underlying error message be displayed either on the browser page or in the hosting error log.

 

until then...this is (for me anyway) impossible to debug.

or 2) move your website from www to public_html.
