Auto detect Credit Card type?

Hey guys,

 

I am looking to have auto detect of credit card type based on the first few digits of the credit card like this.

I am using Stripe 0.9.6.

 

If anyone could shine some light on the direction I should take or if this is feasible I would be very appreciative!
